  • Create a GaussDB(for MySQL) instance.
  • Migrate data from MySQL on other clouds to GaussDB(for MySQL).

Prerequisites

  • You have registered with Huawei Cloud.
  • Your account balance is greater than or equal to $0 USD.

Deployment Architecture

In this example, the source is a MySQL database on other cloud platforms and the destination is a Huawei Cloud GaussDB(for MySQL) instance. Data is migrated from the source to the destination over a public network. For details about the deployment architecture, see Figure 1.
