Updating a Service Gateway

Updating the gateway workload configuration will restart the pods for this workload and interrupt services for a short period of time.

Updating a Service Gateway on the Console

  1. Log in to the UCS console. In the navigation pane, choose Service Meshes.
  2. Click the name of the target service mesh to go to its details page.
  3. In the navigation pane, choose Service Gateways > Gateway Instances.
  4. Locate the service gateway to be updated and click Edit in the Operation column.

  5. Update the configuration and click OK.

Updating a Service Gateway Using YAML

  1. Log in to the UCS console. In the navigation pane, choose Service Meshes.
  2. Click the name of the target service mesh to go to its details page.
  3. In the navigation pane, choose Service Gateways > Gateway Instances.
  4. Locate the service gateway to be updated and click Edit from YAML in the Operation column.
  5. Modify the parameters in the editing area based on site requirements. Then, click OK.
