Processing R&D Requirements

After initial requirements are created, they need to be processed. The processing of requirements includes initial, analyzing, developing, testing, and completed.

The processing of a user story is the same as that of an initial requirement.

Prerequisites

  • A project has been created.
  • Initial requirements have been created.

Initial Requirements

  1. Choose the title of an initial requirement in the R&D requirement list.

    When processing an R&D requirement, you can comment on the requirement, associate the requirement with work items, add attachments and workload, and view historical records. For details, see Editing R&D Requirement Details.

  2. Change the Status to Analyzing on the Details tab page.

Analyzing Initial Requirements

  1. Click the Analyzing status.

  2. Change the Status to Developing.

Developing Initial Requirements

  1. Click the title of a work item in the Developing status. The developing details page is displayed.

  2. After the setting is complete, change the status to Testing on the details tab page.

Testing Initial Requirements

  1. Click the title of a work item in the Testing status. The testing details page is displayed.

    When processing an R&D requirement, you can comment on the requirement, associate the requirement with work items, add attachments and workload, and view historical records. For details, see Editing R&D Requirement Details.

  2. After the setting is complete, change the status to Completed on the details tab page.
