System Feature Status Transition Process

The entire lifecycle of a system feature consists of the Initial, R&D, and Completed states. Figure 1 shows the complete status transition process.

Table 1 describes the operations in each status.

**Table 1** Operation description
Status	Description
Initial	When a system feature is created, the state is Initial by default.
R&D	After the system feature in the Initial state is handled, the state changes to R&D.
Completed	After the system feature is developed, the state changes to Completed.
