Upgrading a CFW

Notes and Constraints

Only yearly/monthly firewalls support the upgrade of the service edition. Pay-per-use firewalls support only the professional edition and are charged based on the protected traffic.

Upgrading the Standard Edition to the Professional Edition

1. Log in to the CFW console.
2. Click in the upper left corner of the management console and select a region.
3. (Optional) Switch to another firewall instance. If there are multiple firewall instances, you can select a desired instance from the drop-down list in the upper left corner of the page.
4. In the Firewall Details area on the Dashboard page, click Upgrade to Professional Edition next to the edition. The Upgrade CFW page is displayed.
5. Confirm the edition specifications and click Buy Now.
6. Confirm the order details, read and agree to the agreement, and click Pay.
7. Select a payment method and pay for your order.

Effective Conditions

After the payment is successful, you can view the purchased firewall edition on the Dashboard page of the console.
