Customer Satisfaction Analysis

Satisfaction data can be filtered based on the search criteria.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator and choose Text Analysis > Customer Satisfaction Analysis.

  2. Enter the agent ID, select the start time and end time (the default value is the last seven days), and select an OU.
