Check whether there are compatibility limitations between the current and target cce-controller-hpa add-on versions.

Solution

The current and target versions of the cce-controller-hpa add-on have compatibility limitations. To fix this issue, install an add-on that can offer metrics APIs, such as metrics-server, in the cluster.
