SEC01 Cloud Security Governance Policies
The use of cloud services will not change the ultimate security goal of an enterprise, but will change the way the goal is achieved. To securely perform operations on and manage your workloads, you need to consider all aspects of security. The management team and security team of an enterprise need to formulate a cloud security strategy based on its overall security strategy and business strategy, and consider security as early as possible while planning the use of cloud services. Cloud security governance policies involve security teams, security baselines, security assets, security modeling, and core security control points. You need to plan as early as possible how to use cloud technologies and services to modernize security governance, and implement proper cloud security policies to ensure the security and compliance of service systems on the cloud.
