Constraints

This section describes the limitations and constraints on using DEW.

Secret

You can create a maximum of 5,000 secrets.

To increase the secret specifications, contact customer service.

Event

You can create a maximum of 30 secret events.

Currently, the event quota cannot be increased.

Rotated secret version

Each secret supports a maximum of 20 versions.

Currently, the version quota for secret rotation cannot be increased.

Tag

A maximum of 20 tags can be added to a resource.

Currently, the tag quota cannot be increased.

KMS API calls

KMS keys can be called through APIs for 20,000 times free of charge per month.

To increase KMS API calls, contact customer service.

Quota

You can log in to the console to view default quotas. For details, see Viewing Quotas. You can submit a service ticket to apply for a larger quota if needed.

CMKs

You can create at most 100 custom keys, excluding default keys.

Replica keys take up the custom key quota in the region.
