Pay-per-use resources are normally settled by the hour, day, or month, and bills are generated after a settlement period ends. So fees are not deducted from your account immediately after you delete pay-per-use resources. Instead, fees are deducted after a settlement period ends and bills are generated. CBR resources are settled by the day.
