Deleting Tags in Batches
Function
This API is used to delete tags in batches.
- Before calling an API, you need to understand the API in Authentication.
- Before calling this API, obtain the required region and endpoint.

Deletion remarks:
- If value is not empty, delete tags by key/value.
- If value is empty, delete tags by key.
