An RU fails to be upgraded.

This alarm is supported only on S5735I-L-V2, S6730-H-V2, S5732-H-V2.

Parameter	Description
RemoteUnitEsn	ESN of the RU.
InterfaceName	Interconnection port.
Firmware	Firmware type. The value can be APP, PoE, or BIOS.
Reason	Failure cause. no ack received: The RU does not send a response during the upgrade. upgrade is break: The upgrade is interrupted. The typical scenario is that the RU is reset during the upgrade. no signature: The new firmware used for upgrade does not have a signature.

This alarm is generated when the central switch fails to upgrade an RU. This alarm needs to be manually cleared.

Cause 1: The RU does not send a response during the upgrade.
Cause 2: The upgrade is interrupted. The typical scenario is that the RU is reset during the upgrade.
Cause 3: The new firmware used for upgrade does not have a signature.

Cause 1: The RU does not send a response during the upgrade.
If the Reason field in the alarm information is "no ack received", check whether the communication between the central switch and the RU is normal.
Cause 2: The upgrade is interrupted. The typical scenario is that the RU is reset during the upgrade.
If the Reason field in the alarm information is "upgrade is break", no action is required. The RU will be upgraded again.
Cause 3: The new firmware used for upgrade does not have a signature.
If the Reason field in the alarm information is "no signature", the signature of the firmware patch is incorrect. In this case, contact the firmware patch provider to check whether the signature in the patch is correct.
