How Can Frozen Resources Be Unfrozen?

If a yearly/monthly resource is not renewed in time or a pay-per-use resource is not paid due to insufficient balance, the resource will be frozen. Only after it is renewed or paid, it can be unfrozen and used again.

For cloud services that were frozen due to regulation violation regulations or public security reasons, you need to submit a service ticket to make them unfrozen.
