Configuring WeChat Notification Rules

Prerequisites

• The NetEco user has the operation rights for Notifications.
• The WeChat notification server has been enabled.
• The notification users have been created.
• The alarm notification template ID set in the Official Account has been obtained.

Procedure

1. Choose System > Systems Settings > Notifications from the main menu.
2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Third-Party App Notification Settings > Notification Rule.
3. On the Notification Rule page, click Create.
4. On the Create Notification Rule page, set notification rule parameters and click Test.
   • If the users receive the WeChat test notification, the test is successful.
   • If the test is abnormal, check whether the configuration parameters are correct and whether the network connection is normal. If the configuration and network are normal but the test still fails, contact technical support engineers.

5. Click OK.
