How Can I Handle Execution Failures Caused by a Blocked Sandbox Program?

Symptom

When the system is running in sandbox mode, either of the following error messages is displayed:

• Sandbox exe not found at expected path: C:\Users\XXXX\.codeartsdoer\codearts-data\sandbox_runner\1.1.0-202605251700\sandbox\win32-x64\windows_sandbox.exe. Please ensure the file exists at the expected location.
• The sandbox mode is unavailable, and the deletion command cannot be executed.

Cause Analysis

The sandbox program may be blocked by antivirus software.

Solution

1. Go to the target path %USERPROFILE%/.codeartsdoer/codearts-data/sandbox_runner.
2. Delete the specified folder (for example, 1.1.0-202605251700) from the path.
3. Restart CodeArts Agent IDE, initiate the previous session task again, and check whether the issue is resolved.
   • If the issue is resolved, no further action is required.
   • If the issue persists, submit a service ticket to get help from Huawei Cloud customer service.
