Adding Departments
Scenario
An enterprise administrator creates departments based on the organizational structure of enterprise A.
Table 1 describes the organizational structure.
Procedure
- Log in to Huawei Cloud Meeting Management Platform using the enterprise administrator account.
- In the navigation pane, choose Enterprise Management > Users and click Import next to Departments on the left.

- In the Batch Import Departments dialog box, click Download Template to download it.

- Carefully read the precautions in the department template and fill in the department information in the template.
- Click Select File, select the modified department file, and click Upload to import the file.
Refresh the page after the file is imported.

- (Optional) After importing departments, click Task Center in the upper right corner of the page and click View All Tasks to view the import result.
On the Departments tab, click in the Operation column of the row containing the task to download and view the import result. You can also click to delete the task record.
