Querying Quotas
Description
Query quota information. When image quotas are enabled, the quota of the repository and the used quota are returned. When image quotas are enabled and the namespace and repository are transferred in the query parameter, the quota of the tag and used quota are returned.

Each account has all of the permissions required to call all APIs, but IAM users must have the required permissions specifically assigned.
