Error Codes
If an error code starting with APIGW is returned after you call an API, rectify the fault by referring to Error Codes.
| Error Code | Error Message | Description | Solution |
|---|---|---|---|
| CBS.0001 | Request parameter error | Invalid request parameters. For example, invalid values, duplicate intent names. | Modify the request body based on the error message. |
| CBS.0002 | Authentication failure error | Authorization failed. For example, invalid/frozen resources or lack of access permissions. | Re-login to resolve the issue. |
| CBS.0003 | Resource not found error | The specified resource does not exist. For example, the directory with directory_id is missing. | Verify the resource's association relationships. |
| CBS.0004 | Internal error | An internal error occurred. For example, the HTTP request execution failed or the HTTP request construction was incorrect. | Contact technical support. |
