Account in arrears or insufficient account balance.

Error cause

If your account is in arrears, it enters a grace period. You need to pay the outstanding amount within this period. If you do not bring your account balance current before the grace period ends, your resources enter a retention period and become frozen.

• If the requester account is in arrears, the resource will be frozen and cannot be accessed.
• If the account of the requested resource is in arrears, the resource will be frozen and cannot be accessed.

• If the requester account is in arrears, top up the requester account.
