SDK Maintenance Cycles

The maintenance cycle of the web SDK of the intelligent interaction client is one year. For details, see Table 1.

Versions earlier than 2.0.2 are no longer maintained. If any problem occurs during your usage, upgrade your SDK to the latest version.
