Changing the Passwords of the Source and Destination Databases in Batches

Function

This API is used to change the passwords of the source and destination databases after a task is started.

Debugging

You can debug the API in API Explorer to support automatic authentication. API Explorer can automatically generate and debug example SDK code.

Constraints

  • This API can be called only when the task is in the STARTJOBING, STARTJOB_FAILED, FULL_TRANSFER_STARTED, FULL_TRANSFER_FAILED, FULL_TRANSFER_COMPLETE, INCRE_TRANSFER_STARTED, INCRE_TRANSFER_FAILED or PAUSING state.
  • In the dual-active DR scenario, the parent task cannot call the API.

Authorization Information

Each account has all the permissions required to call all APIs, but IAM users must be assigned the required permissions. For details about the required permissions, see Permissions and Supported Actions.
