Can My On-premises Gateway Have No Fixed Public IP Address?
No.
To connect your on-premises data center to Huawei Cloud through a VPN, your on-premises data center must have a fixed public IP address or a fixed public IP address after NAT.
Common home broadband routers, personal mobile terminals, and VPN services (such as L2TP) provided by Windows hosts cannot interconnect with Huawei Cloud VPN.
