Why Does the Negotiation Fail When Multiple Subnets Are Interconnected with Alibaba Cloud?

According to the configuration requirements of Alibaba Cloud, only IKEv2 can be used when multiple subnets are interconnected with the Alibaba cloud.

The number of connections you need to configure on Huawei Cloud is determined by multiplying the number of subnets on the Huawei Cloud side and that on the Alibaba Cloud side. For example, if there are two subnets on the Huawei Cloud side and three subnets on the Alibaba Cloud side, configure six connections on Huawei Cloud. Each connection protects only one flow.
