Why Cannot I Initiate Negotiation from Amazon Web Services to Huawei Cloud After They Are Interconnected?
After a VPN connection is established, Amazon Web Services (AWS) works in Response mode and does not initiate negotiation. When an AWS EC2 accesses a Huawei Cloud ECS, the VPN connection will not be triggered to establish an SA.
According to the AWS document, negotiation can be initiated only from the customer side (in this case, Huawei Cloud).
