Using Direct Connect or VPN to Report Logs of On-Premises Clusters

LTS VPC Endpoint Authorization

  1. On the top menu bar, choose Service Tickets > Create Service Ticket.
  2. Enter LTS in the My Service/Product text box and click Search.
  3. Select Other and click Create Now.
  4. Describe the problem, set Contact Information, and click Submit.

    Problem description example: LTS VPC endpoint authorization, {Account ID}. For example, enable the LTS VPC endpoint permission.

Direct Connect/VPN Access

  1. Submit a service ticket to enable the VPC endpoint of LTS. For details, see LTS VPC Endpoint Authorization.
  2. On the on-premises cluster details page, edit the settings of log-agent.

    • If log-agent is not installed, you can click Enable on the Logging page.

    • If log-agent has been installed, you can edit its settings on the add-on page.

  3. Select the VPC endpoint. If no VPC endpoint is available, create one. If you submit a service ticket again, the VPC endpoint of LTS needs to be approved by LTS personnel. For details, see LTS VPC Endpoint Authorization.

    The VPC endpoint of LTS and the node where an on-premises cluster resides must be in the same VPC. If they are in different VPCs, you need to create a VPC peering connection so that the VPCs communicate with each other.

  4. Click OK.
