Importing and Exporting Records

You can view the imported and exported work item records. In this operation, you can download the imported and exported files.

Prerequisites

A record is generated only when a work item is imported or exported.

Exporting Records

On different types of work item pages, if any project member has the export action, the work item is displayed on the export record page and can be downloaded.

Only the operation records of the last seven days are retained.

Importing Records

On different types of work item pages, if any project member has the import action, the import record page is displayed and can be downloaded.

Only the operation records of the last month are retained.
