Managing Tags

Tags of different types of requirements and work items in a project can be created, edited, or deleted.

Procedure

  1. Open the project, and choose Settings > Work Configuration > Tags to enter the Tags page.

    Tags created in work items will display on this page.

  2. Click Create Tag, and its window will pop up.

  3. Select the work item types and Tag Color, and enter Tag Name.
  4. Click OK to create a tag.

    The new tag will display in the tag list.

    Click to change the tag name and color. Referenced tags are modified synchronously.

    Click to delete a tag as prompted. Referenced tags are deleted synchronously.

    The tag also displays in the tag area on the details page of the corresponding work item (such as the RR).
