Importing and Exporting SFs

SFs can be imported and exported.

  • Import SF: Use a template to import SFs in batches.
  • Export All: Export SFs in batches to an Excel file.

Prerequisites

  • A project has been created.
  • An SF has been created.

Importing SFs

  1. In the SF list, click on the right of the search bar, and select Import SF.
  2. In the displayed dialog box, click Download Template.

    The import template file is displayed in the upper right corner of the page. Save the file to the local PC and fill in data. The template file should be named in the following format: Project name + "-" + Module name (for example, Feature) + Template.

  3. Set the fields on the sheet of the template file. For details, see the import description in the template file.
  4. Select the file to be imported.
  5. Click Import. The import progress dialog box is displayed.

    • Imported SF information can be viewed in feature list.
    • If the import fails, a message is displayed in the upper right corner of the page. You can modify the file based on the message and import the template again.

Exporting All SFs

  1. In the SF list, click on the right of the search bar and select Export All.
  2. In the dialog box that is displayed, select fields to be exported.
  3. Click Export.

    After the SFs are exported, the SF file will be automatically downloaded to the local PC. The file format is .xlsx.
