Handling Procedure

Handle the Kudu instance exceptions.

  1. On FusionInsight Manager, choose O&M > Alarm > Alarms. On the displayed page, locate alarm ALM-29107 Tserver Process Memory Usage Exceeds the Threshold and view the alarm source.
  2. Choose O&M > Alarm > Thresholds > Kudu. Locate the alarm threshold, compare the memory usage of the KuduTserver instance in the cluster with the threshold, and find the node whose memory usage exceeds the threshold.

Add nodes or reschedule jobs to reduce the memory usage of the Tserver node or change the threshold.

  3. Choose O&M > Alarm and check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 4.

Collect fault information.
