How Do I Initiate an Appeal During Service Supervision?
For a standard service flow, if the seller does not handle the process for more than five days, you can initiate an appeal.
Procedure
- Go to the My KooGallery console.
- In the navigation pane, choose Service Supervision.
- Click View Details next to an order in the order list.
- On the service supervision details page, click Initiate Appeal.
- Enter the reason and click OK.
