Scaling Out a LakeFormation Instance

After a LakeFormation instance is created, you can change the QPS of the instance on the Overview page.

Constraints

This operation is available only for exclusive instances.

Modifying Instance Specifications

Log in to the LakeFormation console.
Select the target LakeFormation instance from the drop-down list box on the left.
Click Scale Instance in the upper right corner of the page. The Scale Instance page is displayed. Shared instances do not support this operation.
Select the target QPS value and click Next.
Confirm the instance information and its modified specifications and click Submit.
