Changing the Port of a Proxy Instance
Scenarios
After a proxy instance is created, you can change its port as needed.
Precautions
- Changing a proxy port will interrupt the database connection. You are advised to change the port number during off-peak hours.
- Only the port of the current proxy instance will be changed.
Procedure
- Log in to the management console.
- Click in the upper left corner and select a region and a project.
- Click in the upper left corner of the page, choose .
- On the Instances page, click the instance name to go to the Basic Information page.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Database Proxy.
- Click the name of a proxy instance.
- On the Basic Information page, click next to Proxy Port.
Proxy port range: 1025 to 65534 (except for 1033, 5342, 5343, 5344, 5345, 12017, 20000, 20201, 20202, 33062, and 33071, which are reserved by the system)
- To submit the change, click .
- In the displayed dialog box, click Yes to confirm the change.
- In the displayed dialog box, click No to candle the change.
- To cancel the change, click .
- To submit the change, click .
