Creating a Route Table

This section describes how to create a custom route table for an enterprise router.

Procedure

  1. Go to the enterprise router list.
  2. Search for the target enterprise router by name.
  3. Go to the Route Tables tab using either of the following methods:

    • In the upper right corner of the enterprise router, click Manage Route Table.
    • Click the enterprise router name and click Route Tables.

  4. On the Route Tables tab, click Create Route Table.

    The Create Route Table dialog box is displayed.

  5. Configure the parameters based on Table 1.

    Enter a name for the route table. The name:
    • Must contain 1 to 64 characters.
    • Can contain letters, digits, underscores (_), hyphens (-), and periods (.).

    Add tags to help you quickly find your route table.

    NOTE:

    If you have configured tag policies for route tables, you need to add tags to your route tables based on the tag policies. If you add a tag that does not comply with the tag policies, route tables may fail to be created. Contact the administrator to learn more about tag policies. For details about tag policies, see Tag Policy Overview.

    Tag key: test

    Tag value: 01

  6. Click OK.

    The route table list is displayed.

  7. View the route table status.

    If the status changes from Creating to Normal, the route table is successfully created.
