Members

CodeArts Agent provides different roles to help enterprises implement fine-grained permission management for different employees.

Table 1 Roles

Role

Description

Tenant space owner

If neither the HUAWEI ID nor any of its IAM users has purchased a CodeArts Agent package, the account that purchases the package for the first time will automatically become the tenant space owner. This role cannot be edited or deleted. It has the same permissions as enterprise administrators and has the highest management permissions, which cannot be modified or removed.

Enterprise administrator

This role has the highest management permissions and can perform operations such as adding enterprise members, creating teams, and assigning seats.

Team administrator

This role has the management permissions of the team to which it belongs. It can manage team members, create cloud-side team-level skills, and create cloud-side team-level rules.

Member

This role has common member permissions and can perform operations such as viewing the usage of their own and viewing knowledge spaces.

There are two types of members:

  • Enterprise member: An IAM user or federated user becomes an enterprise member after being added to the enterprise member list.
  • Team member: An enterprise member becomes a team member after being added to a specified team.

Enterprise Administrator

The following users or accounts are enterprise administrators in CodeArts Agent by default:

  • HUAWEI ID.
  • Account root user: When you create a HUAWEI ID account, the system creates an IAM user with the same name as the HUAWEI ID by default.
  • IAM user/federated user account which has the Tenant Administrator permissions.
  • User with the Tenant Space Owner role.
  • Account used to purchase the CodeArts Agent package.
