Creating a Dynamic Database Masking Policy Template

1. Log in to the DSC console.

2. Click in the upper left corner and select a region or project.
3. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Security Management > Unified Policy Management.
4. Click the Policy Templates tab page and click Create Template in the upper left corner.
5. Configure template parameters. Template Type can only be Dynamic data masking.
   1. Enter a template name.
   2. Select an Associated Instance from the drop-down list. The available instances are database encryption and access control instance.

6. Click Save. You can view the information about the created policy template on the Policy Templates page.

Related Operations

• Modifying a template: In the Operation column of a template, click Edit.
• Deleting a template: In the Operation column of a template, click Delete. To delete multiple templates at a time, select them and click Batch Delete.
