Viewing a Key Pair

This section describes how to view the key pair information, including the names, fingerprints, private keys, and used keys on the KPS page of the DEW console.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the management console.
  2. Click in the upper left corner of the management console and select a region or project.
  3. Click . Choose Security & Compliance > Data Encryption Workshop.
  4. In the navigation pane on the left, click Key Pair Service.
  5. Click the Private Key Pairs tab and view information about the key pair in the key pair list.

    The list describes the names, fingerprints, private keys, and statuses of key pairs.

  1. Click the name of the target key pair. The detailed information about the key pair and the list of ECSs using the key pair are displayed, as shown inFigure 1.

    When you purchase an ECS and set login mode to Key Pair, the selected key pair is bound to the ECS.

    Table 1 lists the parameters of the ECS to which the key pair is bound.

    Name and ID of an ECS

    Status

    Status of an ECS. The possible values are as follows:

    • Running
    • Creating
    • Faulty
    • Shut down
    • DELETE
    • HARD_REBOOT
    • MIGRATING
    • REBOOT
    • RESIZE
    • REVERT_RESIZE
    • SHELVED
    • SHELVED_OFF
    • LOADED
    • UNKNOWN
    • VERIFY_RESIZE

    Private IP address

    Private IP Address

    EIP

    Elastic IP address

    Bound key pair

    Key pair that is bound to the ECS

  2. Click ECS List to view ECSs.

  3. Click the number next to the task status icon to view failed tasks, as shown in Figure 3.

    Status of resetting or replacing the key pair:

    : Executing

    : Execution failed

    • You can click Delete in the row where the target key pair is displayed to delete the failed key pair task. You can also click Delete All on top of the list to delete all failed tasks.
