Managing Binary SCA Jobs

Prerequisites

You have completed operations described in Adding a Binary SCA Job.

Managing Scan Jobs

  1. Log in to the CodeArts Governance console.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Software Composition Analysis (SCA) > Binary SCA.
  3. On the Binary SCA page, check the job list. Table 1 describes the parameters.

    Job

    Name of a binary SCA job

    Description

    User-defined description

    Job Status

    • In progress: The scan job is running.
    • Waiting: An object has been imported and is waiting for scanning.
    • Completed: The job is finished.
    • Stopped: The job is stopped after you click Stop in the Operation column.
    • Failed: The scan job is failed.

    Vulnerability Severity

    Detected vulnerabilities, which are sorted by risk severity

    Started

    Time when the job started

    Duration

    Time used until a job completes, fails, or stops

    Operation

    You can click the View Report, Stop, or Delete button here

    The following introduces relevant operations on the job list.

    • Filtering jobs: Select a job status from the drop-down list to filter jobs by status.
    • Searching jobs: Enter a keyword in the search box () to find jobs by name, status, or description.
    • Refreshing the list: Click to refresh the job list.
    • Comparing reports:
      • Select two Completed jobs.
      • Click Compare Reports. On the displayed page, check the results.
    • Stopping a job: Click Stop in the Operation column of a Waiting or In progress job. Then, click OK in the displayed dialog box.
    • Deleting a job: Click Delete in the Operation column of a job.
