Downloading and Importing the Signature File

Prerequisites

• You have submitted a Teleport-based DES service order.
• The Teleport has been connected and configured.

Procedure

1. Log in to DES Console.
2. Click Download signature file in the Operation column to download the signature file to the local host.
3. Import the downloaded signature file to the root directory of teleportshare.

   A signature file is the unique identifier for matching a DES order with a Teleport. One signature file is generated for one service order. After receiving the Teleport, the administrator mounts it to the server. The system automatically matches the Teleport with the service order to prevent mis-operations caused by manual intervention. Table 1 shows the signature file information.
