Mailing Disks
After the signature file and the data are copied to the disk, contact the nearby logistics provider to mail the well-packed disk to the selected Huawei DC. Log in to DES Console and view the order details to obtain the DC address, contact person, and phone number.
NOTE:
- You are responsible for any disk damage caused during transit.
- If the disk is damaged after it is received by Huawei, Huawei is responsible for all fees generated for the second transmission. In this case, Huawei may deliver free new disks to you and ensures that data is intactly transmitted to OBS.
- Cross-border transportation is not supported.
