Exporting Instance Information

Scenarios

During routine maintenance, O&M personnel need to regularly check and analyze the status of cloud service instances to better manage and optimize resources. However, when there are a large number of instances, manual checks are not practical and error-prone. DDS lets you export all instances from the console or filter target instances based on specific conditions for offline check and analysis. This improves both efficiency and accuracy.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the management console.
  2. Click in the upper left corner and select a region and a project.
  3. Click in the upper left corner of the page and choose Databases > Document Database Service.
  4. On the Instances page, click Export above the instance list.
