    Description

    Dump Service Ticket

Whether to enable or disable the dump of service tickets.

    • If you enable this function, service tickets in Pending dump state will be dumped to the specified OBS path in the early morning of the next day. The dumped service tickets will be in Dumped state, and those that fail to be dumped will be retried in the early morning of the following day.

Starting from the time when the status of a service ticket becomes Dumped, the service ticket will be deleted after the specified Days Before Deletion.

    • If you disable this function, service tickets will not be dumped.

If the configured days have passed after the statuses of service tickets change to Pending dump, the service tickets will be deleted.
