Instance List

Updated at: May 14, 2020 GMT+08:00

Prerequisites

You have logged in to the DAS console.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Cloud DBA > Instance List.
    • In the instance list, you can view the status, IP address, specifications, and other information of the RDS DB instances under the current account without logging in to the instances.
      • More Performance Data: On the Performance History tab, you can select performance metrics of the instance and view the performance trends. On the Performance Trends Comparisons tab, you can specify a time range and view the performance trends comparisons within the specified period. On the Custom Graphs tab, you can customize graphs to view the dynamic performance information. For details, see Performance History.
      • Real-Time Sessions & Performance: You can view the session details only after logging in to the instance. For details, see Real-Time Sessions & Performance.
      • SQL Explorer: After SQL Explorer is enabled, you can quickly filter your desired SQL statements by specifying a time range and keywords. In the SQL statement list, view information about the executed SQL statements of the instance. For details, see SQL Explorer.

Only MySQL 5.7 supports SQL Explorer.

      • Emergency Channel: If an instance cannot be logged in to on the DAS console, the maximum number of connections for this instance has been reached. You can kill unnecessary sessions through the emergency channel. For details, see Emergency Channel.
      • Database Login: On the database login page, enter the username and password to log in to the database.
      • Intelligent Parameter Recommendation: Combining the current performance data, the system uses AI to forecast a set of parameter settings suitable to your instance. For details, see Intelligent Parameter Recommendation.
        • Only RDS DB instances support this function. Self-built databases on ECSs do not.
        • Only RDS MySQL instances with 2 vCPUs or above are supported currently. You need to enter the login username and password and click Remember Password.
        • The intelligent forecast and analysis program is a background scheduled task, which is executed once an hour. The recommended result may be delayed. Please wait.
