Network Proxy
If you are using an enterprise network, you might see a prompt indicating that the model failed to be loaded and cannot be used. If this problem occurs, you can configure a network proxy by referring to this section, restart the tool, and then use CodeArts Agent IDE.
Setting a Network Proxy
- Click
in the upper right corner of CodeArts Agent IDE to open the settings page. - Choose General > Preference Settings, and click Configure next to Editor.
- On the editor's Settings page, search for Proxy, click Proxy Server, and enter the proxy information as shown in the following figure.
Proceed with subsequent operations after the connection is successful according to step 5 in the figure below.

If your Proxy User Password contains special characters such as @ or %, you must escape them before entering the password. Otherwise, the proxy configuration will be invalid.
