Managing an Intelligent Report Task
You can edit, disable, enable, or delete the intelligent report for service changes or task replanning.
Constraints
Intelligent report tasks with Frequency set to Once cannot be edited, enabled, or disabled.
Editing an Intelligent Report Task
If an intelligent report task does not meet your requirements, you can edit it.
- Log in to the Cloud Eye console.
- Choose Enterprise Cloud Monitoring > Intelligent Reports. The Intelligent Reports page is displayed.
- Locate the target report task, and click Edit in the Operation column.
- On the Edit Report page, set the report name, cloud products, and recipients.

Name
Name of the intelligent report. The value can only contain letters, digits, hyphens (-), and underscores (_). It cannot exceed 32 characters.
Daily ECS Report
Cloud Product
Cloud product whose resource statistics need to be collected in the intelligent report. You can select up to 10 cloud products.
Elastic Cloud Server - ECSs
Recipients
Select the notification group to receive the report. Only the recipients with valid email addresses in this group will be notified. You can either select an existing notification group, or click Create Notification Group to create a custom one. For details about how to create a notification group, see Creating a Recipient and Notification Group.

Disabling an Intelligent Report Task
You can disable an intelligent report task if you no longer need to receive new reports. Once disabled, no new reports will be generated.
- Log in to the Cloud Eye console.
- Choose Enterprise Cloud Monitoring > Intelligent Reports. The Intelligent Reports page is displayed.
- Locate the report in the Enabled state, choose More > Disable in the Operation column.
- On the Disable Intelligent Reports page, click OK.
- Check that the report's status changed to Disabled.
Enabling an Intelligent Report Task
You can enable a disabled intelligent report task to continue receiving new reports.
- Log in to the Cloud Eye console.
- Choose Enterprise Cloud Monitoring > Intelligent Reports. The Intelligent Reports page is displayed.
- Locate the report in the Disabled state, choose More > Enable in the Operation column.
- On the Enable Intelligent Reports page, click OK.
- Check that the report's status changed to Enabled.
Deleting an Intelligent Report Task
You can delete an intelligent report task if it is no longer in use.
- Log in to the Cloud Eye console.
- Choose Enterprise Cloud Monitoring > Intelligent Reports.
- On the Intelligent Reports page:
- Locate the report whose Frequency is Once, and click Delete in the Operation column.
- Locate the report whose Frequency is Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, and choose More > Delete in the Operation column.
- Select the report to be deleted, and click Delete above the list.
- In the Delete Intelligent Reports dialog box, confirm the deletion information and click OK.
