Querying Rest Records

An agent or tenant administrator can search for and export rest records of agents.

Prerequisites

The agent has the Rest Record menu permission and the Query All Rest Record and Rest Record Export operation permissions.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC as an agent or a tenant administrator and choose Work Log > Rest Record.
  2. Set search criteria to search for rest records based on the criteria.

    • Rest ended normally
    • Rest timed out
    • Rest forced to end
    • Rest ended abnormally

    Data Scope

    Data scope of rest records. Search criterion.

    The options are as follows:

    • Personal Data
    • Organization Data

    This parameter is not displayed when the tenant parameter Has the tenant enabled inter-organization data isolation enforcement is set to No and the permissions to search for all rest records, to view all OU data, and to edit all OU data are not granted.

    Organization Unit

    Drop-down list

    OU. Search criterion.

    OUs are classified into Unorganized and organized OUs.

    You can filter organized OUs by keyword.

    You can click to delete the selected OU.

    You can select Include Sub-Organizations to search for rest records of sub-OUs. If an OU with the number of sub-OUs exceeding the value of the system parameter Maximum number of OU organizational unit queries is selected, only the first x (the value of Maximum number of OU organizational unit queries) sub-OUs are selected.

    This parameter is not displayed when the data scope is set to Personal Data.

    The options are as follows:

    • Tenant administrator: Unorganized and all OUs under the current tenant are available.
    • Common agent:
      • When the tenant parameter Has the tenant enabled inter-organization data isolation enforcement is set to Yes, accessible OUs that have the read permission and Unorganized are available.
      • When the tenant parameter Has the tenant enabled inter-organization data isolation enforcement is set to No and the permission to search for all rest records is granted, all OUs and Unorganized are available.

    The options are as follows:

    Whether the Rest forced to end state is available is determined by the tenant parameter Forcibly End Agent Rest After Timeout. An agent enters this state after the agent's rest times out only when the parameter is set to Yes.

  3. Export rest records.

    1. Click . The New Export Task dialog box is displayed.
    2. Enter a customized compression password.

      The compression password must contain letters, digits, and the following special characters: @#$%^&*+|=~!?,.:;-_'"(){}[]/><

      The compression password is a string of 8 to 12 characters.

      If the tenant parameter Specifies whether to set the password of the compressed file for exporting data. is set to No, an export task can be created without entering a compression password.

      You can click to view the plaintext password.

    3. Click OK.

  4. View the export task.

    1. Click . The Export Task View dialog box is displayed.
    2. Download the rest records of a task whose Task Status is Success.
    3. After the download is successful, open the exported file and enter the compression password to view the exported rest records.

      If the tenant parameter Specifies whether to set the password of the compressed file for exporting data. is set to No, you can directly open the file without entering a compression password.
