Creating a Marketing Category

The number of unsubscription days can be set through a marketing category.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator and choose Configuration Center > Call Config > Marketing Category Management.
  2. Click New and create a marketing category.

    • Media Type: Select WhatsApp.
    • Marketing Category: Enter a marketing category such as social media marketing, meeting marketing, or content marketing.
    • Unsubscribe Days: A customer does not receive ads related to social media marketing within the unsubscription days. The value ranges from 1 to 10000, in days.
    • Organization Unit: This parameter is controlled by the tenant-level parameter Has the tenant enabled inter-organization data isolation enforcement.
      • After the tenant parameter is set to Yes, the Organization Unit parameter is mandatory.
      • After the tenant parameter is set to No, the Organization Unit parameter is optional.

  3. Click Save to save the marketing category.
