Configuring M365 Applications

Configuring M365 Applications
You can configure an application template of the M365 channel.
Procedure
- Sign in to the AICC as an administrator and choose .
- Click New to add an application.

- Application Name: Enter a customized application name.
- Azure Tenant ID: Contact O&M personnel to obtain the directory (tenant) ID in the Microsoft Azure account applied for and configured during email channel access.
- Application ID: Contact O&M personnel to obtain the application (client) ID in the Microsoft Azure account applied for and configured during email channel access.
- Token Application Mode: Select a value based on the M365 configuration. The options are Application Password and Certificate Credential.
- Application Password: This parameter is mandatory only when Token Application Mode is set to Application Password. Contact O&M personnel to obtain the client password in the Microsoft Azure account applied for and configured during email channel access.
- Password Expiration Date: This parameter is mandatory only when Token Application Mode is set to Application Password. Contact O&M personnel to obtain the expiration date of the client password configured in the Microsoft Azure account applied for and configured during email channel access.
- Public Key Certificate File: This parameter is mandatory only when Token Application Mode is set to Certificate Credential. Contact O&M personnel to obtain the public key certificate file exported from the Microsoft Azure account applied for and configured during email channel access. Before selecting a file, sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator, choose , and import the file.
- Private Key: This parameter is mandatory only when Token Application Mode is set to Certificate Credential. Contact O&M personnel to obtain the certificate private key obtained for the Microsoft Azure account applied for and configured during email channel access.
- Enable HTTPS Certificate: Select whether to enable certificate verification.
- Certificate File: When Enable HTTPS Certificate is enabled, a certificate file needs to be configured. For details, see 1.
- Click Save.
- Click Validate to check whether the application configuration is correct. If the configuration is correct, the message "Verification succeeded" is displayed.
- (Optional) Select a created application template. The following operations are supported:
- Click Delete to delete the created application template.
- Click Edit to modify template parameters. For details, see 2.
