User Role

You can add or delete roles to manage the permissions of members.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC and choose Configuration Center > Case Configuration 2.0 > Case Configuration > User Role.
  2. Click Create on the right to associate a role with a user. After you click Save, the role is associated with the user.

    The AICC permission system does not adapt to the case permission system. For example, after a tenant space administrator creates an employee in the AICC and sets the role of the employee to the tenant environment administrator, the employee still cannot use the case configuration function. In this case, the tenant space administrator needs to associate the role with the employee on the Configuration Center > Case Configuration 2.0 > Case Configuration > User Role page.
