Configuring IVR Recording

Configuring IVR Recording
You can configure IVR recording to enable or disable recording in common IVR call flows.
Procedure
- Sign in to the AICC and choose .
- Choose , click the System Settings tab, and set CCIVRRECORDFLAG based on any of the following conditions.
- The system parameter CCIVRRECORDFLAG has been set to On.
- The system parameter CCIVRRECORDFLAG has been set to Bot-level control, and the flow call recording function has been enabled during IVR creation.
- Log in to the OpenEye and dial the access code added on the Called Party page. If you can hear the tone played by the robot, the call can be completed normally, and the recording file can be obtained from the storage device of the server, the configuration is successful.
