COST07-02 Releasing Idle Resources

    Identify idle resources, such as load balancers with no traffic, unattached EVS disks, and unbound EIPs. If detected, release them to optimize resource utilization. Alternatively, monitor resource usage at fixed intervals (for example, daily at 12:00:00 or every weekend) and automate resource allocation as needed and release them once they are no longer needed.
